Franchise & multi-location operations platform
Run every location fromone system of record
Stores360 is franchise and multi-location operations software for franchisors and operators of laundromats, car washes and retail chains. It reads sales from every store's POS, runs brand-standard audits with photo evidence, bills royalties from actual sales, records who acknowledged each announcement, and keeps an immutable audit log. From $87 per store, per month.
One store is run by presence. Nine are run by process: one set of numbers, standards that can be enforced, and a record of what happened, with head office and every location signed into the same system.
Setup and onboarding included. We typically respond within 24 hours.

What changes once every location is on one platform
These are the outcomes worth measuring us against.
Decisions get faster
“Which of my locations is underperforming, and by how much?” is answered on one screen, in seconds, without a data request to anyone.
Standards become enforceable
A published standard gets a checklist, a schedule, photo evidence, a failure record and a named corrective action with a due date.
Revenue leakage closes
Royalties are computed from the same POS-derived sales the whole network can already see, on a policy anyone can read.
Disputes get short
Who was told what, when, and who confirmed it — recorded, timestamped, and impossible to quietly rewrite.
The seven jobs a network operator has every week

See the network
Sales read straight from each location's point-of-sale and rolled up by store, brand and region over any date range — with locations ranked against each other, not just against last year.
Connect the tills
A read-only point-of-sale connection per location, a visible sync status, and a Sync now control. Order history is read in full, and every till at a site adds to that site's day.
Enforce standards
Reusable safety and brand-standard checklists, scheduled to locations and walked on a phone with photo and location evidence. Every failure raises a named corrective action with a due date.
Communicate and prove it
Messages for conversation, announcements for instruction — with mandatory acknowledgement tracked per location. Not “we told them”, but the timestamp each location confirmed on.
Bill the network
Royalty policies with minimums and caps, concessions, period billing runs you review as a draft, one invoice per location, and an automatic monthly sweep when you are ready for it.
Keep the paperwork
A document library for policies and manuals, plus a classified, expiry-aware vault for agreements, insurance and licences — so nothing lapses quietly at a location head office cannot see.
Onboard and train people
Courses with lessons, assigned to roles, brands, regions or individuals, with due dates, reminders and a completion view — a defensible answer to “was this person trained, and when?”
Prove what happened
An immutable audit log underneath all of it. A role granted, an invoice raised, a checklist failed — written once, never edited. A correction is a new event, not a rewrite.
Scoped, not just hidden
Each operator sees the locations they actually hold. The boundary is enforced by the platform, so typing a head-office address into the browser gets a refusal, not a page.
Two workspaces, one set of records
Head office and each location work in the system built for their job, on the same underlying data.
Head office
Brand owners, operations directors, area managers, finance
Watch performance across every location, approve supply orders, bill royalties, publish standards, chase compliance, and manage people, brands and regions.
The store
Franchisees, multi-unit owners, store managers
Watch their own sales, raise supply orders, read and acknowledge head-office instructions, complete safety checks, keep documents current, and read the invoices they were sent.
How a rollout goes
Structure first, then data, then standards. Skipping ahead is what causes the rework.
Step 1
Setup, included
We configure your organisation, roles, brands, regions and locations with you. There is no setup charge.
Step 2
Connect and onboard
Connect each location's point-of-sale, invite operators scoped to their own sites, and issue the documents and courses each location owes.
Step 3
Run the network
Schedule standards checks, publish instructions that record receipt, and bill from the same sales everyone can already see.

Frequently asked questions
What is Stores360?
Stores360 is a franchise and multi-location operations platform. Head office and every location sign into the same system and read the same records — sales pulled from each site's point-of-sale, brand-standard audits, royalty billing, communication with proof of receipt, and an immutable audit log — scoped so each side sees only what it is entitled to.
Who is Stores360 for?
Franchisors, multi-unit franchisees, and corporate-owned estates running roughly five locations or more — retail, food service, laundromats, car washes, and other multi-site service brands.
How does Stores360 get sales data from my stores?
Each location gets its own read-only point-of-sale connection. Order history is read in full on every sync, sales are stored against the day they were rung, and every till at a site adds to that site's total. A per-location sync status shows when each connection last ran and what it returned.
Can head office prove a store received an instruction?
Yes. Network announcements can require an explicit acknowledgement from each location, tracked per location with a timestamp — so the answer to "did every site see the recall notice?" is a list of names and times rather than a belief.
How are franchise royalties calculated?
From the same point-of-sale sales the network can already see, under a published policy with a rate, a basis, and any minimum or cap. A period is billed as a run you review as a draft, produces one invoice per location, and is sent as a separate deliberate action.
Does Stores360 handle safety and brand-standard compliance?
Reusable checklists are scheduled to locations and completed on a phone with photo and location evidence. Every failed item raises a corrective action naming the store, its manager and the source checklist, with a due date.
Do franchisees and head office see the same thing?
They read the same underlying records through two different workspaces. Each operator is scoped to the locations they actually hold, and the separation is enforced by the platform rather than by hiding menu items.
Can we add locations later?
Yes. New locations are added to your existing organisation at any time, assigned to an operator, a brand and a region, and picked up by network reporting from their first trading day.
How does pricing work?
Stores360 starts at $87 per store, per month, and initial setup and onboarding are included at every level. What a larger network pays depends on how its data is isolated and how the rollout is supported — request access and the team will come back with your number.
