1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stores360 ("the Platform"), part of ghaazi holdings, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Stores360 is a franchise management platform that provides tools and services for franchisors and franchisees to manage their business operations, including but not limited to:

  • Store and inventory management
  • Order processing and fulfillment
  • Communication and messaging between franchisors and franchisees
  • Sales reporting and analytics
  • Document sharing and management
  • User and access management

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Types

The Platform supports different account types with varying levels of access:

  • Franchisor Accounts: For franchise owners who manage multiple franchise locations
  • Franchisee Accounts: For individual franchise location operators
  • Admin Accounts: For platform administrators

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not authorized by us

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Stores360 or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Stores360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform services.

5.3 Trademarks

The Stores360 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Stores360. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Fees

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of subscription fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Platform in accordance with the pricing terms provided at the time of purchase.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORES360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your account
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stores360, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Platform.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data, subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
